There are three main departments in our factory --- Preforming, Faceting and Quality Control (QC). All workers have received professional training and some of them have more than 20 years' experience. In addtion, we introduced automatic machines which can produce around 50,000 pcs small size stones in one day.

Q1. What about MOQ?
A: No MOQ if the goods you need are available in stock.
If no stock, the MOQ would depend on the shape and size you need.
Generally, 1000-5000 pcs for 3mm down and 20-50 pcs for 5mm up.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union.
100% payment in advance or 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB Thailand or China via DHL, EMS, Fedex, UPS or the customer's appointed shipping agent.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 2-3 days if the goods you ordered are available in stock.
Otherwise, it will take 10 to 14 days after receiving your advance payment.
The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can provide free sample if available, but the customer needs to pay the freight.
For customized products, the customer needs to pay the sample cost and the freight.
